I found stains on the carpet, and some dishes in the kitchenette were not properly cleaned. The shower had low water pressure, which wasn't pleasant after a long day in the parks. One lamp didn’t work, which made it inconvenient for evening reading. The check-in process was also a bit slow. I had to wait while staff chatted before helping me. This was frustrating after a long drive. Overall, the room had potential but definitely needed a more thorough cleaning and maintenance to improve the experience.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the location is just 14 km from the Disneyland Monorail, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like parks and restaurants.

The shower had continuous leaks and no plug for the tub, causing inconvenience throughout our long stay. The staff was unresponsive when we sought assistance, often requiring us to fetch our own amenities.

Hallways in dire need of cleaning!!! Carpet cleanliness is appalling with visible debris. Repairing the leaking bathtub and installing a proper hook for the handheld shower would significantly enhance guest comfort.
